Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, Vandana Collection maintains a strict policy regarding returns and cancellations.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations once a purchase has been successfully placed.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged in transit, we will provide an exact replacement. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the damaged item. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process a replacement.
